COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing artwork from me, you agree to the terms listed below.
If you have any questions you are always welcome to ask.

1. I have the right to deny your commission for any reason.
2. I will only issue refunds if the artwork cannot be completed. For colored works, I can send progress pieces at the sketch stage and lineart stage to ensure the artwork turns out the way you want.
3. I take payments via Paypal invoice. You must be OK with providing me with an e-mail address.
4. You may use anything you've commissioned from me for personal use only, including posting to social media, using as an icon, adding to a character's toyhou.se, etc. I am open to doing commercial works as well, but this must be discussed and agreed upon before payment, as pricing will differ.
5. I retain the right to post anything I've created to social media, use in my portfolio, etc. If you'd prefer that I don't post it publicly, just let me know.
6. Anything I've created may not be put into an AI to generate images. You do not own the right to my art style or methods even if you own the art piece itself.

Things I will draw:

★ Furry
★ Anthro
★ Creature
★ Colorful/Eyeburner/Sparkledog designs
★ Blood and light gore

Things I will NOT draw:

★ Human
★ Robot/Mech
★ NSFW/sexually explicit
★ Hateful content towards any group of people
★ Some props (ask me)
